It’s British Pie Week and here at Nicholson’s, we think it’s about time the humble pie is finally put on a pedestal deserving of its wonder.

From Wild Boar & Chorizo Pie and Fish Pie to our award-winning Steak & Nicholson’s Ale pie — featuring British beef slow-cooked in Nicholson's Pale Ale, encased in shortcrust pastry — it’s no surprise to us that this pie took gold at the British Pie Awards!
