Group Bookings at The Clarence

Situated within reach of Fortnum & Masons and the luxury stores of Bond Street, The Clarence stands prominently on Dover Street, and is the perfect spot for your upcoming event or party. You can enjoy beautiful views overlooking The Ritz from our bright and spacious upstairs dining rooms, featuring two split sections that can be booked independently or as combined as one. As a combined private space we can cater for parties of up to 40 guests, or half of this room can be hired. By our main bar we also have a private booth where we can cater for groups of 30 to 35 guests.

Whatever the occasion, a private birthday party, event, business meeting or drinks reception, or even group table bookings, we have the perfect private space for you that can be hired out on request.

Complimentary wi-fi, projector and a screen, as well as a flipchart with paper and pens, bottled mineral water, morning pastries, tea and coffee. We can accommodate various meeting room layouts. Buffet, breakfast, lunch and evening menus are also available to order. Choose from our variety of menus which can be tailored to suit your specific requirements and any dietary needs.
