A unique city centre pub with a rich history

We’re undergoing a major refurbishment and opening soon as part of the Nicholson’s Pub Collection. Nicholson’s Pubs are known for their individual style, exciting stories, and charming personalities – and The Green Man is certainly no exception, so we’re extremely excited to be joining the collection.

Although the current building dates back to the early 19th century, there has been a pub on this site since 1738. So, pints of ale and glasses of gin have been served here for nearly 300 years!

The Green Man is a great spot to catch up with friends, relax with family, chat with colleagues, and generally enjoy the finer things in life.
