The Crown Liquor Saloon
46 Great Victoria Street, Belfast, County Antrim, BT2 7BA
We’re proud to announce that we’ve won the Belfast CAMRA Pub of the year award for our service to... Well, beer!
Our stunning little pub dates all the way back to 1826; although the elaborate tiling, glasswork and woodwork wasn’t added until the 1880s. Not only has our unique aesthetic attracted customers from all over the country, we were recently featured on National Geographic ‘s Instagram for our unusual and eye-catching interior, reaching global attention.
To add another feather to our humble cap, we’ve been recognised by Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA), which aims to promote real ale and pubs as well as acting as the consumer’s champion in relation to the UK and European beer and drinks industry. Founded by several real ale enthusiasts in 1971 as a backlash to the replacement of traditional rich-flavoured ales with beers from brewers, CAMRA has campaigned for years to ensure that real ale continues to be brewed and served in pubs around the UK and Europe.
