Nicholson’s has always been incredibly passionate about cask ale. Each pub has a designated Cask Master whose job it is to make sure that every pint you order is as good as it can be.

Cornwall-based St Austell Brewery has been brewing Nicholson’s Pale Ale since 2012. The beer, which is brewed exclusively by the Cornish brewery, has been a permanent fixture in all Nicholson’s pubs since it was first served six years ago.
