This unique beer will use a specialised water treatment, and our simple malt grist of Maris Otter Pale Ale and Caragold Malts to create the delicate golden canvas for this enchanting bronze ale. Adding hops from 3 continents at four different stages gives a citrus dominated beer; its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a climax of hoppiness accentuated caramel and an enduring, bitter finish.
