Copper coloured ale with a floral aroma. Biscuity maltiness with a well balanced pilsner hop finish. Make no mistake this is not a pig’s ear as we know it.
Did you know This beer came about after a mix up at the maltsters who sent us a much darker pale ale malt than expected. The resulting beer was a hit and named ‘Pigs Ear’ due to the malting mishap.
