Mosaic hops are added at three points during the boil and again during fermentation to impart big bold hop characteristics including peach, mango, lemon and pine flavours and aromas. Pale Ale malt, lager malt and touch of light Cara malt gently balance the beer while allowing the fantastic fruity flavours to shine through. The result is a blonde beer with a dry, hoppy finish and bags of Mosaic personality.
