Gin Fest 2016 Campaign

Follow Nicholson’s social media feeds to enter to win various gin related prizes during the Gin Fest 2016 campaign (7th July – 20th August 2016).

• Entrants must be a follower of @nicholsonspubs twitter and retweet the prize post including #GinOclock to be entered into the prize-draw.
  
  
• Winners will be selected at random within 24 hours after each daily giveaway ending and will be contacted regarding their winning entry via direct message on twitter.
  
  
• Winners will be asked to provide their contact details to organise collection of their prize.
  
  
• Winners must respond to our contact within seven days, or an alternative winner will be selected.
  
  
• Winners will receive a voucher by post for their prize redeemable in a Nicholson’s pub of their choice.
  
  
• Proof of age will be required in a form acceptable to the pub.
  
  
• Vouchers must be redeemed no later than 30th September 2016 during usual opening hours of the chosen venue.

Tuesday: A gin cocktail for you and a friend
Wednesday: A bottle of gin
Thursday: A G&T for you and a friend + meal for two*
Friday: A round of G&Ts for you and three friends

Sunday: A G&T for you and a friend with lunch for two*

• Nicholson’s will run a weekly Instagram giveaway on the Nicholson’s Instagram feed. Weekly prize will be a bottle of gin selected by Nicholson’s from their Gin Fest 2016 range.
  
  
• Entrants must post a Boomerang app video of them drinking gin in a Nicholson’s pub on Nicholson’s Instagram with #GinBoomerang included to be entered into the weekly draw. Each weekly draw will commence on Monday of each week and conclude on Sunday of that week. First weekly draw will commence on Monday 11th July 2016. Final weekly draw commences Monday 14th August 2016.
  
  
• Winners will be selected at random and contacted regarding their win via Instagram and asked to provide their email contact details in order to arrange collection of their prize.
  
  
• Winners must respond to our contact within seven days or an alternative winner will be selected.
  
  
• Prize must be collected in person from a Nicholson’s of the winner’s choice, collection time to be agreed, and proof of age will be required in a form acceptable to the pub.
  
  
• Prize must be collected no later than 30th September 2016 during normal opening hours for the venue.
  
  
• Uploaded videos which (at our total discretion) contain any inappropriate content or content which may harm our reputation will be excluded.

• The competition excludes Mitchells & Butlers employees, all contractors and families or anyone directly connected with Mitchells & Butlers, and operators of its brands and concessions.
  
  
• Prizes cannot be redeemed in Nicholson's pubs located in Edinburgh.
  
  
• Entrants must be over 18.
  
  
• We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct (for example spam entries)
  
  
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
  
  
• By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.
  
  
• Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.
