- To enter, simply collect your first stamp from The Gin Festival loyalty passport within the Nicholson’s app. To collect a stamp simply purchase a Gin and Tonic from the Gin Fest 2016 range and start collecting within the app.
- The prize draw competition will run from 7th July until 20th August 2016. The prize includes a night away in a hotel and a trip to the Plymouth Gin Distillery for a maximum of two guests.
- Available to United Kingdom residents (excludes Edinburgh) aged 18+, excluding employees, contractors, and their immediate families of Mitchells & Butlers, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- Winners will be selected at random and contacted at the end of the Gin Fest 2016 campaign. Reasonable steps will be taken to contact the winner, but should there be no response from the email address provided upon entry within one month the prize will be forfeited. In some circumstances this will not be possible. In this instance the promoter will aim for presents to be delivered within three months of the campaign closing date. The promoter accepts no liability for prizes lost or damaged during delivery.
- The promoter reserves the right to amend the prize-draw dates in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
- Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward. eg: be photographed for website/Facebook/newspaper stories, provide a short statement about their win for up to three months after the competition.
- The promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control or for such other reason as the promoter deems appropriate. The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
